Diploma Admission Circular 2023-2024
The diploma admission circular is usually published after the publication of SSC results. However, due to Coronavirus, the publication of the Polytechnic Admission Circular was delayed. The Polytechnic Admission Circular was published by BTEB in late September.
Admission circulars will be issued separately for the first shift and the second shift. The admission circular of the second part will be published after the result of the first part.
Especially, there is a quota system for diploma admission. (1). Children of freedom fighters-5%, (2). Autistic Candidates-5%, (3). SSC Vocational Students-15%, (4). For the children of teachers working in technical education institutions- 2%. A student can apply in a maximum of 15 technologies. At the same time, a student can apply only once in a shift. Diploma Course for BD
Diplomats must take 4-year courses in both public and private sectors. 2 years for HSC vocational only. The list of public and private courses is given below.

Minimum Requirements for Diploma Admission 2023-2024 Session
To be admitted to the Polytechnic, you must have the educational qualifications prescribed by the BTEB. Those are included in the diploma admission circular. The minimum requirements for admission to the Polytechnic are mentioned below:
Govt. Course:
1. Education qualification: SSC, SSC (Vocational), Dakhil & Dakhil (Vocational) or equivalent.
2. Result: Minimum GPA 3.50 ( male candidates ), Minimum GPA 3.00 ( Female candidates )
3. Optional: Minimum 3.00 points for Mathematics/Higher mathematics.
Notable: This year no age limit for polytechnic admission. Daily Ittefaq
Private Course:
1. Education qualification: SSC, SSC (Vocational),Dakhil & Dakhil (Vocational) or equivalent.
2. Result: Minimum GPA 2.00 ( male candidates ). Minimum GPA 2.00 ( Female candidates )
3. Optional: No requirements.

The Diploma Admission Circular is published immediately after the SSC result. This notice is usually published by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board

There are some policies by Bangladesh Technical Education Board in the case of Polytechnic Diploma Admission. Every student has to take diploma admission in accordance with those policies.

For Diploma Admission, you must fill up the online form. To get the online admission form, you have to enter www.bteb.gov.com and www.btebadmission.com.
Once you enter any of these two websites, you will get the Diploma Admission Form.
Polytechnic Admission Result
Polytechnic Diploma Admission will be taken in three stages on 9th August, 5th September, and 15th September.
